Dan is a dynamic force in the world of experiential production. His journey began in the vibrant NYC nightlife scene. Recognizing a gap between art-focused events and music-centric parties, he co-created the renowned RINSED event series, known for blending experiential art with curated music.

Under Dan's visionary leadership, THE UMBRELLA evolved into a creative and production agency, specializing in transformative projects. From revitalizing derelict spaces to pioneering virtual event platforms, his portfolio exemplifies innovation.

Dan draws inspiration from the bustling streets of New York City, the grandeur of nature, and iconic experiential pioneers like AREA. His leadership style prioritizes transparency and decisive problem-solving. With an impressive track record, including a devoted following for RINSED parties, Dan continues to shape the world of experiential production.

ANN D’OVIDIO — COO and Executive Producer

Ann is a distinguished Creative Content Producer, renowned for her expertise in Experiential Events Production. As the Executive Producer at THE UMBRELLA, she brings a wealth of knowledge and innovation across various industries including luxury, technology, hospitality, and entertainment. Her exceptional skill set has led to the execution and creation of unique, immersive experiences for prestigious brands such as Yves Saint Laurent, Lancôme, L'Oréal, Spotify, Hulu, Google, YouTube, Airbnb, The Wall Street Journal, Audemars Piguet, LVMH, Jill Stuart, Adidas, Le Méridien, and Maison Saint Germain.

Ann's educational background is as impressive as her professional achievements. She holds a Master of Science in Fashion Promotion, Communication, and Media from the esteemed Istituto Marangoni in Paris. Furthering her expertise, she also obtained a Master of Science in Media Management from The New School in New York City.

Her career began in Paris, within the realms of editorial and print production. She has worked with some of the industry’s legends such as photographers David Sims, Terry Richardson, Mert & Marcus and Mario Sorrenti, represented by Art Partner and Creative Director Ezra Petronio (founder of bi-annual Self Service Magazine and Creative Agency Petronio Associates), where she honed her skills in production and project management. Transitioning to experiential events, Ann has not only met but exceeded the industry standards, producing events that have garnered widespread acclaim and numerous awards. Her innovative approach and dedication to excellence make her a visionary in her field.
